Renovation Laborer
We’re hiring renovation laborers to support remodeling and renovation projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on construction experience who are reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to grow their skills.
Job Description
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Assisting with residential and light commercial renovation projects
- Performing demolition, material removal, and site preparation
- Helping with drywall installation and repair, painting prep, and basic carpentry tasks
- Installing or assisting with flooring, trim, cabinets, and fixtures as needed
- Loading, unloading, and organizing tools and materials
- Keeping job sites clean, safe, and organized at all times
- Following instructions from project leads and working efficiently as part of a team
Skills & Experience We’re Looking For:
- General handyman or construction experience preferred
- Basic painting skills (cutting in, rolling, surface prep)
- Carpentry experience such as trim work, framing, or repairs
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Nice to Have:
- Experience in remodeling or residential construction
- Drywall finishing or tile experience
- Previous work on renovation crews or construction teams
